All Prices include a full English cooked breakfast or alternatives.

We can cater for special diets so long as we are informed before your arrival.

 

En-Suite Double Rooms from £30.00 per person per night

En-Suite twin rooms from £32.00 pppn

Standard rooms from £28.00 pppn

Children aged 4 to 11 years old inclusive, sharing with parents, are half the adult price.  Babies & Toddlers £5 per night. A cot is available on request.

Rooms which are found to have been smoked in will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50.

Freeview TV, Wifi available, hair drier, towels, hospitality tray, electric heater, local information & more

Iron & ironing board available on request.   

Orthopaedic chairs, ramps & other helps available.

Friendly pets welcome by arrangement. Cost £2.00 per pet per night

Please arrive after 3pm when your room will be available. 

Earlier arrivals by prior agreement only. Departure time 10am on last day.

All major Credit/Debit cards accepted.

We can also accept payment by cheque for a small fee of £1.00 (with a cheque guarantee card), cash, sterling travellers cheques, and Euros.

 

Conditions of Booking

A booking is not confirmed until a 20% deposit is received.  

For group bookings we require a minimum deposit of £10.00 per person  

1.       Deposits are non-returnable.

2.       In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeit & unless we are able to re-let the room/s, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the cancellation total.

3.       For group bookings any drop in numbers must be notified to Briar Lea House as soon as possible. If we are not able to re let due to members sharing accommodation or lack of time. Briar Lea House reserves the right to charge the person responsible for the initial booking up to 100% of the cancellation total.

4.       In the event that booked accommodation is not taken up i.e. no-show. Briar Lea House reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the total due.

5.       Briar Lea House will endeavour to re-let any cancellations but regrettably cannot guarantee that you will not be charged.

6.       Briar Lea House strongly recommends that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourselves against cancellation fees.

7.   All rooms are strictly non-smoking.  Rooms which are found to have been smoked in will incur an additional cleaning charge of £50.

8. Rooms must be vacated by 10am at the latest on your day of departure.
